Frulight (Sugar free - only Fructose) - powder preparation
Frulight doesnt contain saccharose but Frutose (low calorie sugar). Use with fresh or frozen fruits. Fat free, Milk free and rich in fiber. Frulight makes a light fruit gelato that stays creamy for a long time.
Italian Gelato Recipe: 1200gr Frulight, 1200gr water, 1600gr fresh or frozen fruit.
