Sour Black cherry in Syrup (Amarena in Governo) - liquid preperation with entire cherries
The best candied black cherries soaked in their own syrup. Crunchy dark red colour cherries. Intense fruit flavour. Do not have a brown colour nor a caramelized taste. Used to make the "Variegato Amarena flavour". Used as mix-thru in gelato or as a decoration. Can dilute with water to create a cherry drink.
