Fraccaro founded a bakery within the walls of Castelfranco, Italy and gave rise to a confectionery tradition destined to become famous over time. Along with good bread, in fact, the oven is noted for its sweet specialties and customer satisfaction is such that, immediately after the war, it must be another usher in Borgo Pieve, in particular for the production of fragrant breads, panettone and plum cake.
