This is typical Sicilian multi-use product for gelato, pastry (almond paste, marzipan and martorana) and cuisine.

Gelato recipe: 130gr. Almond paste, 1000gr. White base mix, 100gr full cream milk.

Drinks recipe: 130gr. Almond paste, 1000gr water (to make granita or almond milk)
